Program: Saturday Lunch

A lunch buffet will be provided to registered participants on Saturday March 17 in the Busch Student Center, Room 251, adjacent to the Lecture Halls.

"Pacific Rim" buffet menu:

• Fried rice
• White rice
• Cashew chicken
• Mongolian beef and broccoli
• Vegetable lo mein
• Mini egg rolls
• Fortune cookies
• Almond cookies
• Iced tea
• Ritazza coffee

We have been assured by the caterer that no MSG is used in the preparation of these items.

We plan to have a conference photograph taken immediately following the lunch and prior to the start of the afternoon sessions.
