Program: Conference Banquet
The Conference Banquet will be held at Favazza's Restaurant on Saturday March 17 at 7 p.m. (appetizers and cash bar at 6:30 p.m.). Shuttles will depart from the Manresa Center and the Water Tower Inn at 6:15 p.m. (The Manresa Center shuttle will stop at the Water Tower Inn on the way to Favazza's for participants staying at the Water Tower Inn who are not able to take the first shuttle.)
Favazza's is one of numerous Italian restaurants located in The Hill neighborhood of St. Louis, the childhood home of baseball greats Yogi Berra and Joe Garagiola.
Banquet menu:
- Favazza's Dinner Salad
- Favazza's Famous Garlic Bread
- Choice of entrée (indicate your choice on the registration form)
- Veal Mudega (lightly breaded, topped with cheese and prosciutto in white wine sauce with mushrooms)
- Sicilian Chicken (marinated, lightly breaded and charbroiled, virgin olive oil, garlic and lemon sauce)
- Penne Primavera (baby tubular pasta in olive oil, garlic sauce made with fresh garden vegetables)
- Side Dish of Pasta (excluding penne primavera entrée)
- Freshly Brewed Coffee & Iced Tea
- Dessert: Cannoli
